835p – Kiwi Brand cleaver knife with a six and a half inch blade and a black plastic handle.

This cleaver knife is a great general purpose knife that will serve all your needs in the kitchen when it comes to slicing, dicing, chopping, mincing and crushing. It has a super sharp six and a half inch stainless steel blade with a black plastic handle.

Lighter weight cleavers knives like this one can be used on meat, vegetables and herbs and are able to perform all slicing, chopping, and mincing jobs with ease.

The wide blade also makes it a convenient tool to use when transferring ingredients from the cutting board to the wok or other cooking pot.

This cleaver knife has a 2mm spine which is medium weight for and will be best for working with poultry though it can also be used for slicing, chopping, and mincing vegetables.

The blade is made from Japanese high carbon martensitic stainless steel (SUS420J2) which has been hardened and tempered for optimal sharpness.   The handle is made from a durable and hygienic, black polypropylene plastic.
